Pamela J. Bethel, Esq.

Crisis Manager | Strategic Advisor | Executive Counselor

Pamela J. Bethel is a nationally recognized crisis manager, executive advisor, and legal strategist with a distinguished career spanning over two decades at the intersection of law, business, and public trust. She currently serves as Executive Partner of the O’Riordan Bethel Law Firm, LLP, and as an Executive Consultant to Global Building Initiatives, LLC. A graduate with honors from George Washington University Law School and Lincoln University, Ms. Bethel is renowned for guiding corporate leaders through high-stakes challenges with discretion, clarity, and results-driven strategy.

Ms. Bethel specializes in helping corporations mitigate reputational crises, rebuild consumer confidence, and re-engage disaffected communities—especially in the wake of social, ethical, or governance controversies. In her most recent endeavors, she advises companies on restoring trust among diverse customer bases following public backlash to shifts in DEI commitments. Her work is grounded in cultural competence, business pragmatism, and deep legal insight, offering companies a roadmap for healing fractured stakeholder relationships while protecting brand equity.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Bethel has been the trusted counsel to businesses navigating transformation, crisis, and growth—from formation and early start-up to strategic mergers, international expansion, and public policy disputes. Her client portfolio includes companies across IT, retail, biotech, hospitality, health services, construction, engineering, and the pharmaceutical industries.

Previously, Ms. Bethel served as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and as an official in the Division of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission. There, she prosecuted complex financial fraud and public corruption cases and gained a nuanced understanding of the interplay between regulatory policy and corporate accountability.

Her work has earned national accolades, including American Lawyer Media’s Top-Rated Lawyer in White Collar Criminal Defense, Worldwide Financial Advisor Magazine’s Best Alternative Dispute Resolution Litigator, and Acquisition International’s Most Influential Woman in Corporate Governance Law. Ms. Bethel is also a frequent lecturer to government agencies, law enforcement, and industry groups on corporate ethics, compliance, and crisis response.

At the core of her practice is a singular commitment: to help leaders lead through disruption with courage, strategy, and integrity.

Glen N. Benson, M.Div., M.P.H.

Strategic Mediator | DEI Transition Consultant | Community Engagement Specialist

Glen N. Benson is the founder and C.E.O. of Global Building Initiatives LLC., a mediation, conflict resolution, consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. He is a seasoned mediator, educator, and corporate advisor with a unique mission: to help corporate leaders navigate the social, reputational, and stakeholder challenges that arise when companies step away from Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Through structured dialogue, trust-building, and strategic engagement, Mr. Benson works with C-suite executives to repair and strengthen relationships with the communities their companies serve — especially in moments of institutional transition and public scrutiny.

Mr. Benson brings to the table a rare combination of frontline experience, corporate success, public health insight, and spiritual leadership. His expertise is deeply informed by decades of public-facing service: as a former Philadelphia police officer who developed early anti-racial profiling programs; as a distinguished pastor who grew multi-ethnic congregations and built urban-suburban partnerships in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.; and as a certified investigator and mediator working with organizations to resolve internal conflict with integrity and compassion. He also brings a strong corporate pedigree, having worked as a top-performing pharmaceutical sales executive for formerly Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals (now Merck & Co.). There, he was consistently ranked in the top 10% of national sales, won the company’s Gold Medal Award, and pioneered a merchandising program that was adopted nationwide. This experience sharpened his ability to work across complex organizational structures and deliver solutions that align with business performance goals.

Academically, Mr. Benson holds dual advanced degrees: a Master of Public Health (Cum Laude) from Morehouse School of Medicine and a Master of Divinity (Magna Cum Laude) from Johnson C. Smith Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center. Mr. Benson holds the prestigious distinction of being nationally recognized as the first dual degree graduate in the country to simultaneously complete the M.P.H. and M.Div. degrees. He was also one of the nation’s first Macy Scholars at Bryn Mawr College in the advanced sciences program. His published works explore the intersection of faith, health, and behavioral change, underscoring his interdisciplinary commitment to holistic well-being.

Glen Benson’s reputation is built on empathy, evidence, and effectiveness. He is uniquely positioned to help companies reframe their approach to community engagement during times of cultural tension — not by offering slogans, but by facilitating substance-driven conversations that preserve credibility, rebuild trust, and position businesses for long-term, inclusive impact.
